Just wanted to say that we had absolutely NO wait at our polling place (at 10:15 AM.) In some ways it was better than usual, because they actually had guys directing traffic in the parking lot, instead of the usual Dodge the Seniors game we play there.

Have to admit that I held up the line, for just a few seconds anyway. After pressing the box next to the names “Barack OBAMA” + “Joe BIDEN”…well, that electronic “x” looked mighty good to me — and I just had to pause and savor the moment. Ponder it, even (as much as one can ponder in 20 seconds.)
