The bar have officially been lowered.

TV game shows have become the land of moronic competition.   I had thought it was as far as it could go with Deal or No Deal until Fox decided to cut to the chase with Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader.

It has officially happened.     We’ve accepted that people in general are just not that smart and in an attempt to compete – entertainment needs to be dumbed down.

P.S. – For those of you with 5th graders – don’t take the title of this post   as an insult to your progeny.   I’m sure your child is smarter than a bowl of dirt.   It was for humor sake.
