Remembering the six episodes of the last season of West Wing that I put on DVD -- which continue to sit on a shelf, unwatched, taunting me. My favorite surprise of the new season has been 30 Rock. Never fails to deliver laugh-out-loud moments. Definitely the best new comedy of the season. There was a beautifully-written exchange on the last episode between Alec Baldwin & the-blonde-what's-her-name (I'm blanking out right now) -- a rapid-fire exchange of Q & A in which she is trying to convince him that she is indeed 29, when they both know she isn't. Priceless! Before, when people didn't like her it wasn't really justified, but now?
